Take care of your body, it's the only place you have to live. 



Don’t forget to hydrate. Drinking (at least) the recommended amount of water everyday provides incredible benefits. Water also transports oxygen to your cells, removes waste, and protects joints and organs. Drink mostly water, but if that don't do it for you, try squeezing fresh lemon juice. Try to avodie sodas and fruits drinks...

Movie night and popcorn = Me time :)

"Taken" has become one of my favourite movies. Everytime I watch it I feel the same excitement :) Is there a movie that you can watch over and over again?


Lately I can't imagine watching a movie without popcorn. Im not a biggest fan of microwave popcorn. I like it more old fashion way, and its also a healthier :)

Healthy snack for a busy day

I don't know about you, but my favourite snack is fruit salad.  Any kind of fruit :) I like it with tea. Especially green tea. Otherwise, you can blend it and make a smoothie. Put some Greek yogurt and flax seed and its soo yummy. Sometimes, i like it with some good hot coffee too. :)
