Healthy snack for a busy day

I don't know about you, but my favourite snack is fruit salad.  Any kind of fruit :) I like it with tea. Especially green tea. Otherwise, you can blend it and make a smoothie. Put some Greek yogurt and flax seed and its soo yummy. Sometimes, i like it with some good hot coffee too. :)
