You are what you eat!!!




Take care of your body, it's the only place you have to live. 



Don’t forget to hydrate. Drinking (at least) the recommended amount of water everyday provides incredible benefits. Water also transports oxygen to your cells, removes waste, and protects joints and organs. Drink mostly water, but if that don't do it for you, try squeezing fresh lemon juice. Try to avodie sodas and fruits drinks...
